On my way out, by one of the numerous roundabouts on the expressway, I saw this broken down truck that obviously belonged to PHCN (I don't know what PHCN means, please if you know tell me oo). I know it was theirs because it was boldly written on the body of the truck. It had a broken leg (the tire was detached from the car). When I saw this I hissed aloud and concluded that it is not just their power supply that is broken but also their facilities eg The Truck. It is depressing to live in a very rich country where every day in the news trillions of Naira are spent on little things and no one says or does anything. Sometime in the past I put a black background as my display picture on my blackberry for as long PHCN refused to give us light, and for longer than nine days I didn't have light. When and if they supply the light it almost usually has issues. Either it is Low current or no current at all or it surges and destroys as much as it can in less than one second. When it is about to rain, you will know because PHCN will announce by cutting off the power they supplied.

So True. PHCN mean Power holding blah blah blah. that is why one should never expect light since their name is not Power giving but Power holding blah blah blab
